Online Tuition – Checkout Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with payment, you (“Student” or “Parent/Guardian”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions governing the use of our online tuition services.

1. Services

• The tuition provided is conducted online via video conferencing or other digital platforms.

• Session duration, frequency, and subjects are as agreed at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to assign or change tutors if necessary, while maintaining service quality.

2. Eligibility

• Students under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

• The person making the payment confirms they are authorized to do so.

3. Fees & Payment

• All fees must be paid in advance through the checkout system.

• Prices are listed in the applicable currency and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as stated.

• Payments are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be issued once a session or package has commenced.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered forfeited.

• In the event a session is canceled by us, a reschedule or credit will be provided.

5. Scheduling & Attendance

• Session times must be agreed upon in advance.

• Late arrival by the student does not extend the session time.

• Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services without refund.

6. Technical Requirements

• Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a suitable device, and required software.

• We are not responsible for disruptions caused by the student’s technical issues.

7. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to behave respectfully toward tutors.

• Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of sessions without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

• All learning materials, recordings, notes, and content provided are for personal use only.

• Redistribution, recording, or resale without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Learning Outcomes

• While we strive to provide high-quality instruction, we do not guarantee specific academic results or grades.

• Progress depends on student effort, attendance, and practice.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Sessions may be recorded for quality or training purposes, with consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

12. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
